#3 - Final Inspection &

QUALITY CONTROL

Once your home has been completed and cleaned up Coohey Construction will schedule a final inspection with the city. The city will complete an inspection to be sure that everything meets code and is complete and ready for move in. When an approval has been given, a final occupancy will be issued. Coohey Construction will also perform our final quality control inspection at this time.

#4 - Welcome Home

WALK THROUGH

The construction process is complete. About a week prior to closing you will meet with Shane on site to go over the functions of your home and create a punch list for any items such as paint touch ups, etc. You may also take a family photo with your new home at this time!
